and I'm not PC except in that I try not to offend any one to their face.
But every morning Radio One news describes Barack Obama as the man "trying to become America's first black president".
Surely he is just trying to be president?

He is. The slack-jawed types who write the news however, they can't see past the colour of his skin and think it's somehow relevant.
Also, it's Radio 1.
Radio One News is written by the same team who write BBC News! It says so on the BBC News website!
Yeah, but they're writing it for the 'youf', innit?
