Hasty preliminary viewing suggests; there is basically no way I can show even part of this movie to my seminar.

The gayest.
And the most pornographic.
Not even slightly arty?
It is 'black and white' arty, it is 'silent' arty, it is 'symbolism' arty, it is 'sexually explicit' arty.
I don't know where the line is drawn between 'valuable teaching aid' and 'will offend 70% of the seminar attendees'.
Probably around the second fisting scene.
