DAWNY AND LUCY'S FANTASTICAL LEAVING PARTY

Dawny is already pimping this, so I will too!

Everyone is invited! You can bring your friends! Dressing fancy-like is encouraged but by no means compulsary!

We will be having a big-ass barbeque - please provide your own meat and booze! There will be music and fun and lots of attractive people. It is going to be AWESOME.

It is going to be better than any trip to boring old Amsterdam. Promise!

A Leaving party eh? You jet-setting-round-the-world-types make me jealous.

Any preference for booze?

2. All books are crap

James, bring the stuff which cheers and inebriates if taken in sufficient quantity!

There is nothing casual about my lesbianism, guys. Kissing girls is serious business.

3. Leave the cat out of it, DofE boy. It doesn't even exist yet. And I drank your £183 (it was delicious).

I misread that as causal lesbianism first time around, makes more sense now.

Beer it is then. But I'm only sharing with people I like.

It is causal, however.

I've met so many people who look the same,
Most were forgotten but you still remain,
Most of the time I don't care,
But London's so far away when you're there,
And so it saddens me to say,
I'm only happy when I move away

I am young and I am lost,
Every sentence has its cost,
I am young and I am lost,
You react to my riposte

We look out upon the sea

We look out upon the sea,
The coast is always changing,
I'll bring my camera out to sea,
The coast is always changing

Age makes no difference till you open your mouth,
Use your time just to work things out,
I know that you can't understand,
When I tell you that this wasn't planned,
And so it saddens me to say,
I'm only happy when I move away

My icon is a black-and-white sunglasses shot of me trying to look all serious and deep and omg-curly-hair-ftw. What the fuck do you think is going on?

It is not my fault you losers are out of the loop and also do not know popular culture!

(Not you, Dawny. You are the only person allowed to post any more comments!)

(Kiss kiss.)

Hello,

This sounds like an interesting party that is likely to take place on gravel, unless the back of your house has changed much since I last visited.

I have a prior engagement in Essex on May 26th, but might be able to make it up the following day, which would be handy, as that is the day of the party.

I would hope that James would give me some beer. He did, after all, rip my pants off once and owes me! (and always will!) I would probably be in a position to purchase beer once in the county of Nottinghamshire and I could even provide cocktail making stuff to go with fancy dresses.

Lucy, I understand that I'm not Dawn. I should not, therefore, be posting a comment. But I've decided that I will, as I've written it now.

Would you have a sort of gazebo erected?...it's just that I'm still straightening my hair!

Black and white, serious and deep, hair... you're moving to Paris?

Either that or you're joining a Belgian Jazz Troupe.

Anyway, I would bring people I like if there weren't a very real possibility that they may be people you hate or, you know, if there were any.

JJ. Why can't you just let the pants thing go?

ANARCHY ON THE WALL

I hope the reference to 'pants' is in the American sense

And now for a poem

They're thick
They're Scouse
They'll rob your [omitted] house

Lucy, this seemed the most appropriate place to post this as I never know which email address to email you on. I think you might like Emmy the Great. Go download her.

Sadly not. It was a wedgie gone wrong. Some of us would like to forget the incident.

I will be attending the party, and bringing cups of tea, and wearing a party dress. I will be the one in the corner, mourning the loss of the fish, and the greater loss of casual/causal/not-so-casual-really-quite-serious lesbianism.
